For some reason Jackson Lewis announced this week that it was finally rolling out a remote-working program geared towards associates and of counsel attorneys.  As if they wanted to make it point to let everyone know their associates and of counsel (not partners?) can NOW do what literally every other attorney from associate to partner has already been doing at every other law firm for pretty much as long as anyone can remember.

Crowell & Moring partners enjoyed an uncommonly good year in 2016. 
The firm posted a 20 percent boost in revenue for 2016, and profits per equity partner (PPP) jumped 40 percent.
Gross revenue landed at $434.3 million last year, an increase of more than $71 million from the year before. And PPP reached $1.448 million, which was $412,000 more per partner than the firm reported the previous year.
Revenue per lawyer increased by $164,000, to $987,000 last year.

Wilson Sonsini announced it replaced its tiered structure, based on 1900-, 2100-, and 2400-hour levels, with lockstep bonuses on the New York/Cravath scale for everyone hitting 1900 “bonus-eligible” hours, with $15,000 for first years up to $100,000 for seventh years.  That's a nice bonus.
