We are looking for associates for a corporate finance/financial institutions/commercial transactions position at a thriving and expanding AmLaw 50 firm. The ideal candidate would have 4-6 years of experience, including experience advising on reporting requirements, leading due diligence, managing specialist, and drafting documents. The ability to manage multiple assignments with little supervision and excellent writing skills are also required.
