We are looking for an associate with 3 to 6 years of corporate law experience, especially with securities law advice and capital market transactions at an expanding AmLaw 50 firm. Familiarity with public company reporting obligations, public securities offerings, SEC compliance, and debt and equity markets transactions is required. Best candidates will also have excellent writing skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments with little supervision. This position is available in offices across the United States.
