We are looking for an associate with at least 3 years of relevant experience to join the construction transactional practice of an established expanding AmLaw 50 firm. Best candidates have experience working with various construction contracts and agreements, especially EPC agreements. Candidates should also have excellent writing skills and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is open in Boulder, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Des Moines, Fort Wayne (IN), Indianapolis, Minneapolis, New York, and Princeton (NJ).
