We are looking for an associate with 3 to 6 years of corporate law experience, specifically in mergers & acquisitions, and expertise in strategic transactions, investments, and general corporate/corporate governance at an expanding AmLaw 50 firm. Experience leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, drafting transaction documents is required, as well as excellent writing skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision. This position is available in offices across the United States.
