We are looking for an associate with 4-6 years of experience for a Benefits & Executive Compensation group of an expanding AmLaw 50 firm. Ideal candidates have excellent writing skills, are great problem solvers, have a strong academic background, and are very driven. Additionally, the best candidates would have experience with ERISA and ESOP litigation. This is available for candidates in Chicago, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C.
