Cooley recently announced it is matching the Milbank raise. But wait, there's more. It also announced it's Cravath / Davis Polk matching bonus of $20K for class year 2020 to $115K for class year 2014+. But wait, there's more! Those extra special associates that go above and beyond that expected of their class year (you know who you are) received an extra special bonus of another $4K for class year 2020 to $23K for class year 2014+.
